Our Community Kindness intiatives are at the heart of all that we do. Our Ministers work independently on a range of kindness projects throughout the year in their local communties.
Wish for a Wedding is one of our major community kindness projects, founded in 2019 with Wish for a Wedding our Ministers provide end of life legal marriage ceremonies free of charge for those who wish for a Spiritual ceremony.
Our Ministers don’t receive any payment for our end of life marriage service, instead it this is done from the genuine kindness of their hearts. Wish for a Wedding is not a charity, as there is no money changing hands.
The criteria for a “Wish Wedding” is that one of the couple to be married is diagnosed with a terminal illness. You can read more information on our Wish for a Wedding website here: https://wishforawedding.ie
