Spiritual & Holistic Retreat Days

We provide Holistic Retreat days for those who are in recovery from Cancer, held at a long-established Spiritual Retreat Centre near Castletownroche, North Co. Cork.  Our Spiritual & Holistic Retreat days are staffed wholly by Volunteers including our own suitably qualified & experienced Holistic Ministers and Celebrants.

Activities on our holistic retreat days may include:

• Spiritual development study programs
• Gong Sound Bath Meditation
• Yoga, Meditation & Laughter Yoga
• Nature walks and Eco-Therapy
• Nutritious lunch
• Art & Crafts
